Beautiful landscape photos of Dorset Coast and Countryside

The continued existence and quality of so much of the English landscape is a testament to nearly 90 years of successful campaigning by CPRE. CPRE led the campaign to create the town and country planning system, National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs) and Green Belts. Even so, the countryside continues to face a multitude of threats. CPRE campaigns to protect and enhance our landscape heritage for the benefit of all.

Dorset CPRE has decided to hold a photographic competition this year 2016 on the theme of the beauty of the Dorset Countryside. There will be a cash prize of £100 for the winner and £50 for the runner-up, and both will have their photographs shown in the Spring Review 2017 as well as on this website. The closing date will be September 14th. Please visit the Dorset CPRE main website for full details on the photo competition.

The Dorset CPRE Autumn edition of The Dorset Review 2014 features beautiful landscape photos. We are grateful to Tim Arnold who supplied photos of Bat’s Head and Worth Pond. We include some of the images below as well as additional photos we have received since this Autumn Review was published in October 2014.

Do you have photos you have taken of the local Dorset Countryside and would like to share with Dorset CPRE? If so, please email us.

We would love to receive your feedback
